The Warwick’s (London Padel) were one of several parties who were interested in purchasing our property and car park. They offered the highest price compared to their competitors entirely utilising their own financial resources on an unconditional basis.

They transacted in aprofessional and honourable manner working around our timescales. Daniel was always available, very friendly and knowledgeable to deal with throughout.

We are very pleased with howthe transaction panned out and would strongly recommend them to my friends and
    family.”

    Nic Allen - Landowner

We warmed to the Warwick family (London Padel) who like us are a family run business. We decided to deal with them as they are extremely experienced property developers within the local area. Their in-house Chartered Surveyor and Tax experts ensued that any concerns we had were quickly ironed out.

The Warwick’s are very knowledgeable as to how to achieve the highest value planning consent and in turn pay us the most competitive price.

The planning process was successfully completed as the Warwick’s projected and the sale of our land to them went ahead without any hitches.

    Charles Woolf - Landowner

"I am looking to open up a newpadel facility in Harrow and Daniel kindly offered up his time and expertise to assist me with my project.

Daniel provided great clarity on the major obstacles regarding leasing complications and groundwork issues.

The advice was greatly receivedand provided a clear structure as to a way forwards. Daniel’s property background is exceedingly helpful and has enabled me to progress with my scheme.

Juan Carlos Diaz - Owner Padelshot

I have known the Warwick familyfor many years. We have collaborated on many large development schemes
including a row of mews houses, several large new build flats amongst others and the results speak for themselves.

They are a very professionalsetup, who are pro-active in their work, have a great attention to detail and are unrivalled in their problem solving ability.

    Michael Bukowksi - Architect

The Warwick’s (London Padel) commitment to quality, attention to detail, and professionalism are of the highest standard.

The collaborative atmosphere and clear communication throughout the planning process made my job very straightforward.

It's inspiring to be part of a team that consistently deliver exceptional projects that exceed expectations.

    Sam Bennet - Planner

My well designed home which was part of a larger estate, which was beautifully built by the Warwick’s and no expense was spared on the fine quality of the build.

The Estate had a severe issue with a retaining wall which was collapsing. The managing agents were making no progress and the Warwick’s went above and beyond to bring in the necessary experts, liaise with all parties to ensure that the specified work was appropriate and priced up correctly, whilst addressing all stakeholders concerns.
